According to the report of Sunstar News paper the man behind all of Hayden Kho's Se-x Scandal issue is his brother in fraternity. This man is the one who uploads all of Hayden Kho's Se-x Videos in the net, his name is not yet revealed but rest assured I will be back for the updates of this issue.

"On Wednesday night, Optical Media Board chairman Edu Manzano said the person who posted the video scandal on the Internet was already identified as a fraternity brother of Kho. He said three reliable sources confirmed the report. Gonzalez said Revilla’s suggestion to call for the revocation of the medical license of Kho may be warranted under the circumstances. “That is a very unprofessional conduct."

As of now I don't know what's the reason behind why Kho's brother uploads the video.
